A 1.58m powerhouse always eager to learn.

I’m a Graphic Designer with 7 years of experience across the Health, Community and Sports industries, specialising in events and 360º communication design.

My career began in 2019 in the Health sector in a Private Hospital, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals. Later, I expanded into the Sports industry with Liga Portugal – Professional Football Leagues, where I contributed to major events including the Thinking Football Summit, becoming Lead Designer in 2023.

In 2025 I joined the Portuguese Football Federation, contributing to national team communication and to the Portugal Football Summit. That same year, I also developed my first start-up project focused on Type One Diabetes, aiming to create the world’s first AI Emotional Companion for T1D — built and designed from scratch and fully AI-powered across multiple platforms.

I’m deeply interested in psychology, human behaviour, health and wellbeing, and I believe design should go beyond aesthetics to create meaningful impact for people.
