Brand Identity and Digital Experience. The projects, content and images displayed here were designed and developed by me as Lead Designer of the event. Other work made by other designers is not in this portfolio. During the event I was in charge of the daily newsletters with the highlights of the day new communication and the visual coordination of Arena Stage.

THE CHALLENGE
DESIGN AND UI KIT CREATION
The new Brand System would have in mind not just color behaviour and derivations, but also standard icons, assets and it's corret usage for all those who were involved.
A major modular grid system implemented to work on every medium, guaranteeing proper visiblity of each sponsor and partner, working simultaniously with each brand and its own guides, rules and requirements.
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE
Several website & app pages were re-designed to improve the digital experience as well as the user journey and navigation-flow.
Focus was to improve sales and sponsors visibility as well as well communication of the speakers attending to the event.
MAJOR IMPLEMENTATIONS:
Naviagtion system re-designed for the user to access all the information clearly;
Alphabetical filter added to Speaker's search to make it easier to find between 300 people;
Big spotlight page just for sponsors and partners;
Easy comparison between each ticket available;
Collapsed menu to focus on the main website actions.
Uniform model for news / Grid system working on website's footer.
APP PROMOTION
Made with after-effects highlighting new updates such as bilingual access to live streaming during major talks in four different stages and direct communication with participants and speakers.
